Hr Manager
Current- Ensure company policies and processes are up to date with local, state, and government ordinances
- Consult with leadership team on HR compliance initiatives and best practices
- Manage employee payroll, training, employee relations, policies and practices, benefits, PTO, leave of absence, workers’ compensation, health & safety, and record compliance
- Implement HR platform to automate key functions such as payroll, benefits administration, and PTO tracking to streamline HR processes
- Build strong relationships and collaborate with all employees, including management, to deliver high impact and effective people practices across the companies
