- Assist in the conduct of training needs assessment for external clients;- Identify and organize region-based trainings vis-à-vis cluster-based trainings;- Communicate and work remotely with cluster-based training coordinators;- Coordinate with clients, resource persons, and participants regarding training activities;- Prepare and facilitate the signing of all necessary documentary requirements for the conduct of training-related activities;- Facilitate the identification and procurement of necessary training materials;- Conduct and facilitate trainings and forums including the pre-implementation preparations;- Collect, document and assess customer feedback for all training activities;- Monitor training impact and identify possible areas of improvement;- Prepare, print, and facilitate the signing of certificates for the training resource speakers and participants among others;- Assist in the liquidation and/or reimbursement of training expenses as well as in the processing of honorarium for resource speakers;- Assist in the creation and updating of training modules as deemed necessary; and- Maintain and update databases for trainings and other accomplishment
