Coach select executive/senior leaders and teams toward greater effectiveness and performance goals. Manage full company executive coaching program, including but not limited to; internal/external coaches, initial requisitions, coach-to-client pairing system, engagement oversight, and ROI assessment. Built global internal executive coach cadre of 14, including network infrastructure; identification, selection, performance management, mentoring, and professional development.

Administered advanced OED coaching and consulting for clients (executive/senior leaders) across wide variety of businesses and industries. Oversaw programs end-to-end, from orientation through to implementation. Topics included but were not limited to; team and individual effectiveness, engagement, talent management, diversity and inclusion, culture, leadership development, problem solving, and decision making. Investigated and evaluated all company businesses to assess current practices, needs, and address gaps. Developed long-term strategies, including implementation plans, and led cohesive approach for rectifying low engagement rates across full enterprise (265K+ employees).

Developed and implemented innovative, holistic diversity and inclusion strategies, plans, and programs for largest business division (120K+ employees). Coached and consulted executive leadership, HR teams, Diversity and Inclusion councils (18) and 60+ Employee Resource Network chapters; specializing in professional development coaching and consultation across diversity and inclusion. Served as lead consultant for Black/African American Connection Employee Resource Network, emphasizing talent and business development, community outreach, and financial education.

Delivered strategic coaching and implementation consultation across enterprise, line of business, and HR teams relating to business development, change management, diversity and inclusion, and talent management. Engineered infrastructure for diversity integration strategies and related programs for 56K+ employee division. Managed diversity awareness, leadership, and skill building programs for senior/middle management and individual contributors.
