Per Diem PositionResponsible for pediatric adult and geriatric care. Responsible for procedures such as: splinting, suturing, foreign body removals, wound care, OB/GYN exams, blood draws and IV Insertions. Evaluation of trauma cases (i.e. automobile accidents), pelvic exams. Responsible for referring patients to appropriate specialist as needed. Also given the opportunity to oversee and mentor other future Physician Assistants.

Full-Time PositionResponsible for diagnosing, treating, and discharging Adult patients who presented to Emergency Department with a variety of acute medical complaints with a large degree of autonomy but in conjunction with overseeing Attending physician. Responsible for procedures such as: splinting, suturing, foreign body removals, wound care, OB/GYN exams, blood draws and IV insertions. Responsible for referring patients to appropriate specialist as needed. Also given the opportunity to oversee and mentor other Physician Assistant and Medical students.

Full-Time PositionResponsible for diagnosing, treating, and discharging both Paediatric and Adult patients who presented to Emergency Department with a variety of acute medical complaints with a large degree of autonomy but in conjunction with overseeing Attending physician. Responsible for ordering and interpreting lab and radiologic examinations and performing procedures such as: splinting, suturing, foreign body removals, wound care, slit lamp exams, OB/GYN exams, blood draws and IV insertions. Responsible for referring patients to appropriate specialist as needed.

Full-Time PositionResponsible for working with Critical Care Physicians and other Physician Assistants to treat and diagnose critical care patients who were postoperative or with multiple medical problems. Responsible for attending daily rounds and taking care of critical post operative and medical intensive care patients. Responsible for placing Central lines, A-lines, NG/OG Tubes, Foleys and writing daily progress notes for 6-12 patients per shift.

Full-Time PositionResponsible for conducting daily physical exams, reviewing labs, ordering tests and labs and diagnosing, treating and coordinating discharge care for 12-20 medical and cardiac patient during a given shit. Responsible for writing up H&P’s, admission orders and consulting with specialists for problems which came up during a patient’s hospital stay. Responsible for drawing labs, starting IV’s, blood cultures and blood gases for patients as well as place Foleys and NG/OG tubes as appropriate.
