Place Imaging Professionals in Permanent and temporary positions. Recruit for Imaging professionals (MRI, Sonographers, CT Technologists and general X-ray)

Determine and certify eligibility for the Division of Family Services programs within the Department of Health and Human Services. Interview clients to determine need, review options, and obtain pertinent information for qualification for NH Medicaid, Adult Programs and Temporary Assistance to Needy Families.

Responsible for phones, messages to Social Workers and Supervisor when needed. Send out certified correspondence to Clients when reports and investigations are completed. Organize monthly reports and keep files current. Purge files and reports when due. Keep accurate lists of current workflow. Identify community services for callers with concerns. Evaluate candidates for placement with Printed Circuit Board companies. Match job descriptions with employees' abilities and availability for placement. Moved to On-site Recruiter Managed placement for largest account for Technical Needs. Interfaced with Human Resources and Department Managers to fill needs for employment in all facets of Printed Circuit Board Manufacturing facility.

Supervise all Clinical Laboratory and Imaging Recruiters. Responsible for selecting, motivating and evaluating all staff. Monitoring progress, production and assigning projects as needed.

Responsible for classroom instruction of library science. Trained assistants, organized volunteer programs, coordinated interactive distance learning classes. Kept an organized and well functioning library. Maintained library database.TRAINING:Intensive year-long training on complex and changing federal and state policy to ensure accurate application of rules and regulations within the Department of Family Assistance.
