I was able to turn a 9-year old store to a Platinum store. This is a measure of the store's compliance to procedures in terms of Food, Sevice, Hospitality and Cleanliness. Functioned as Training Manager for the group of stores of the Franchisee. Spearheaded the opening of 3 new stores for the group.
