The lifetime and decay mode of these new nuclei have been measured in this discovery.7) One of the pioneer to carry out experiment to study heavy ion reaction mechanism at intermediate energy. Measured the isotopic fragmentation distribution of 44MeV/u 129 Xe on 90Zr and197 Au.8) Advanced monochromator system for x-ray,9) Radioactive Secondary Beam and its reaction mechanismPI (principle investigator) of the ultra-fast x-ray detector lab (2-460), fiber laser lab (hutch 5.3.1) and photocathode lab (2-453), Beamline scientist of BL5.3.1 and BL7.3.1 at the ALS of Lawrence Berkeley Nation labSpecialties: 1) physicist/scientist 2) advanced electron optics design in electron microscopy and ultra-fast x-ray detector3) fs laser and high harmonics generation4) ultra-fast x-ray nano-science5) author or co-author of more than 100 science research papers, scientific lead of different research projects.
