I will be a Registered Nurse with a passion to help others, understand difficulty, and embrace differences. Caring for others with empathy from my heart will lead me to the way of better awareness all around. The idea that someone’s loved one is under my care will lead me to become a better professional.I will be a nurse who can successfully perform transcultural nursing to the patients with various values and beliefs. I am aware of what it means to be different from others, and that will always be in my nursing spirit. Everyone should be treated equally. I am always open to learn from others. That could be either other health care professionals or even patients and their families. I can adjust quickly in new environments with respect to the ones there already. This can happen because I consistently plan and try to fulfill them. I’ve learned that it always comes around with better outcomes to reflect and reward my time and efforts. I truly believe this would be a great strength in the health care field to provide cautious care with no mistakes.
