• Coordinates work efforts with Operations management to ensure consistent operational efficiency• Schedule and assign jobs with multiple processes to proper operational functions to ensure maximum efficient productivity• Establishes and maintains quality procedures for projects design documentation and CAD work• Work closely with operations team to coordinate processes to provide an efficient workflow• Work closely with sales to ensure products are produced to customer specifications and deadlines• Maintain open communication with operations and sales with order status and inventory• Conduct quality control inspections, first article and PPAP inspections via CMM • Assign material to be processed utilizing the inventory while meeting customer specifications• Maintain and update records on stock size and remnant inventory and locations• Create drawings utilizing CAD softwares• Review customer drawings and machining prints to determine processing requirements• Program CNC code and process nests• Respond to inventory requests from sales and operations team• Support inventory management systems and maintains inventory records

DELIVERY PERFORMANCE - Identify, address, and resolve limitations to raise performance of team. Actively apply ongoing improvements to flow process and facility designs. Take on multiple tasks that directly relate to on time performance. Complete transactions in Metal Man, update operation processes and work orders as parts move through flow process.OPERATION PROCESSES- Assist operations team in transforming the shop and culture around operation process improvements, sustainability, efficiency, and safety.

Responsible for meeting project deadlines from start to finish. Involved with customer relations, quality assurance, safety, estimating/quoting, inventory management, scheduling and overseeing production floor operations.
