R&D Project Manager Led teams to develop Asian Standardization for KSPA products. Led teams across broad technical, financial and business disciplines. Focused teams on business objectives and tracked progress to ensure project milestones were completed on time, on budget and with the desired results. Consulted and communicated to the members of KSPA to create products to meet the new standards. After build up the standardization, KSPA members have increased their average sales revenue more than 22%.

Project Manager Developed standardization of new shot range wireless communication protocol, which called PicoCast at International Standard Organization (ISO) and Institute of Electrical and Electrical Engineers (IEEE) Developed ISO/IEC 29157 (NP, CD, FCD) and built up IEEE Personal Space Communication (PSC) Study Group (SG) Stand up the PicoCast Brand name in the domestic and international engineering market.
