• Report to the equipment manager, to cooperate daily maintenance of machines, equipment and electro-mechanical systems to ensure system runs well with accordance with GMP regulations.• Assist equipment manager to draw up SOP for equipment, machine and electro-mechanical systems. To establish adjustment SOP if needed.• Install and test electric system of equipment.• Analyze and draw reports the cause of equipment failures or material damage. Improve the machines performance and advice for upgrades.• Monthly report of summary of work and plans for the following month.• Keep data (history) and track maintenance schedules.• Collect equipment information and confirm the integrity of electric information and file up in time.• Cooperate with internal audit and external audit regulations, ISO Standards, GMP, QFS, 5P. Ensure all equipment are running smoothly and be maintained according to requirements.• Responsible for his/her safety and others during operation.
