- Planning, allocation, deploying of manpower and material resources to minimize project cost- Head in project planning and execution in Electrical Trade to ensure timely project completion- Manage and responsible to a group of 100 workforces in projects with assistance of group leaders - Daily site supervision onboard vessels to ensure works to be completed within schedule- Understand and evaluate technical engineering requirements and review drawings-Discuss, liaise and resolve technical issues with project manager, ship owner representatives and classification surveyor on site- Frequently handled and accounted for 2-3 projects simultaneously and completed projects without delays- Ensure job completed with quality and met with contractual requirements- Attend assigned project progress meeting and VSCC meeting- Make sure all personnel comply with safety regulations

-- Participated in installation, testing and commissioning of equipment of the new Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) line, Downtown Line- Assisted Manger in resolving of system design, system interface and site related issues -Managed, supervised, monitored and reported project construction, testing and commissioning progress- Assisted Manager in preparing technical specifications- Supported staffs from Singapore Mass Rapid Transit for testing of new software- Supported evaluating and designing of drawings for the layout of equipment within the MRTStation
