Current◆SEA Home Care marketing lead for eCommerce covering portfolio, digital investment models and partnerships◆Portfolio: Lead with a data-first approach to influence top and bottom line of eCommerce portfolio in SEA. Tackle immediate priorities such as optimizing bundles. Develop new framework to pivot from traditional bulky products to “value dense” portfolio◆Investment models: Develop and test performance marketing models to improve lower-funnel media efficiency. Expand capability of local SEA brand teams on on-site marketing solutions of e-retailers◆Partnerships: Activate large scale pan-SEA campaigns with regional e-retailers. Support top-to-top joint business planning between senior leaders, and translate high level alignments into collaborative and actionable programs
