We also attend several client meetings and respond to numerous requests for technical support.However, I find that these obstacles and difficulties serve as a terrific source of motivation for me because I genuinely like the process of problem-solving in teams with other knowledgeable and skilled individuals.My greatest talent is my ability to swiftly adjust to new situations and responsibilities while enjoying difficulties.# Performance Engineer for Steam Turbines (2006–2022)For the past 15 years, I have worked as a steam turbine performance engineer (A.k.a. Thermo Engineer).The following responsibilities are carried out by steam turbine performance engineers, and because they handle every step of the process, from steam turbine tendering through performance testing, I have gained the ability to see the work as a whole.> Calculating the heat balance diagram for analysis and project bidding> Analysis of competitor performance> Basic design of the turbine's primary system and steam path> Analyzing the result of performance testsI submitted for or registered over 20 patents while working as a performance engineer, and I completed more than 100 projects, including the first clutch-applied steam turbine for combined power generation in Korea.In the second half of my work as a steam turbine performance engineer, I spent a lot of time working as a technical support engineer in the field, using my prior knowledge and skills to address issues that came up there. In particular, we made a contribution by getting involved in the process of fixing different issues that came up during the commissioning of the first-ever Korean supplies of 1455 MW Shin-Kori Units 3 and 4 and 1015 MW Shin-Boryeong Units 1 and 2.Thanks, 🤝
