 Set up and conducted EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) testing and evaluation for electric vehicle powertrain components, including inverters and converters. Analyzed electromagnetic interference sources and provided development support for K3 11kW Bi 1P, Uni 1P OBC (On-Board Charger) and LDC (Low Voltage DC-DC Converter). Collaborated with GM and HKMC to establish EMC test agreements and develop detailed test plans. Managed high-voltage EMC chamber operations, ensuring compliance with testing protocols. Prepared and reviewed EMC test reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to industry standards.

 Conducted EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) testing and evaluation for automotive components to ensure compliance with industry standards. Managed the practical operations of ISO 17025, including maintaining laboratory quality control and standard compliance. Participated as a representative of the Auto EMC team in a global seminar on automation programs used in EMC testing. Secured lab accreditation from GM, MAZDA, JLR, HKMC, and STLA. Responded to audits from A2LA and HKMC, including providing English interpretation and communication support for international organizations such as A2LA. Collaborated with global OEMs to discuss and align on testing methods and test plans to meet specific requirements. Performed EMC environment debugging and managed the anechoic chamber to maintain optimal testing conditions. Prepared, reviewed, and verified EMC test reports to ensure accuracy and adherence to technical standards.
