I handle product and business development at a VASP(Virtual Asset Service Provider) for the custody in South Korea. As a generalist, I work across a wide range of fields, including product planning, business planning, sales, account management and operation.Additionally, I'm a Co-Active Coach, having completed the CTI's Co-Active Coaching Core Curriculum. And, I coach mainly product makers in startups. Previously, as a Backend Engineer, I joined a blockchain startup with a team of 10 as a Backend Engineer and developed a B2B SaaS product. This product gained 100+ accounts, 1.2 million+ wallets, 16 million+ transactions, and $10B+ in customer asset deposits. And I transitioned to a Product Owner role, involved in the entire journey from birth to scale of a B2B2C SaaS product, which gained 20+ accounts, hundreds of thousands of users. During this journey, I experienced the company raising 12 billion KRW in investment and growing into a team of 60 people.To contribute to the blockchain development ecosystem, I have also been a key committer in the open source community, leading open source projects with 30+ contributors.
