Oversee and direct efforts of department assistant manager and superintendents on all aspect of project management, including scheduling, production, and quality control• Provide effective leadership for the department by creating SOPs, manuals and reports for all current and new internal users • Review purchase orders, contracts, proposals to verify intended scope and updating information as needed• Oversee day-to-day production and/or service, maximizing revenues• Managing reports, customer data, workflows and more • Meeting aggressive deadlines for different projects and providing instructions for teams to provide quality service with time limit

Help customers to resolve pest problems by providing exceptional pest control service and educational information to the customers• Provide customer services such as counseling, scheduling, follow-up as well as other daily administrative tasks• Present field expertise as well as educational sessions to technicians to deliver better services to customers• Manage financial data and information, keeping track of all customer records and assisted with field reports from other technicians• Successfully increase sales by customer facing consultation and knowledgeable information
