• Check invoices from the Port Authority and 3rd party• Calculate Debit Note & Final Invoice for ship costs during berthing• Report the input tax invoice to the tax department• Collect all the information necessary to calculate the bill• Check data input in the accounting system to ensure the accuracy of the final bill• Make monthly vessel reports and be responsible for all the reports from the company’s branch• Assist in troubleshooting and root cause analysis
