Responsible for the Mechanical Production of Aerospace, Defense and Medical projects.This process consisted in the information and material flows for the development of new products, including:- Raw material purchase and inventory control;- Selection and development of external machining and surface treatment suppliers;- Make or Buy decision and negotiation with the external suppliers;- Weekly meeting with the R&D Director and project Managers to establish priorities;- Production planning and control;- Performance indicators collection, analyzis and publishing;- Bar code implementation for the manufacturing control process;- Manufacturing processes continuous improvement;This position challenge was, lined up with the company strategy, to define priorities of the different projects considering schedules, milestones, costs and incomes.

During the intenrship at GEPAI (Agribusiness Studies and Research Group) learned to work with research, big data bases and data handling.
