With seven months joining BRR NAD-Nias Indonesia, I learned more about tsunamis' recovery program, including DRR for Rehabilitation and Reconstruction. I wrote any RRs’ lesson learnt, such as: Recovery Aceh Nias Trust Fund (RANTF), Village Planning, Education, Health, Women Empowerment, Reconstruction of Aceh Land and Administration System (RALAS), and Temporary Shelter which will be published on ENCYCLOPAEDIA BRR.With five years joining Research Center for Disasters – Gadjah Mada University, I have a full understanding of disaster management (i.e. Disaster Management in Governance, Disaster Risk Reduction, Disaster Risk Assessment, Early Warning System, Disaster Awareness and Education, Community Development, Livelihood/Food Security, Gender on Disaster). • May - Aug 2007: hired by LPPM UGM and Bakornas PB to write Presidential Decree of Disaster’s State and Level. • June - July 2007: Organizer and Facilitator in Training-Workshop on Disaster Risk Management for Cultural Heritage with special focus on Prambanan World Heritage Compounds, conducted by Research Centre for Disasters Gadjah Mada University, UNESCO Office, Jakarta and Ministry of Culture and Tourism. • Nov - Dec 2007: write a guide book for Community based Land/Forest FireSpecialties: Disaster Risk Reduction, Community-based Disaster Risk Management, Disaster Risk Assessment, Gender on Disaster
