In May 1994, Galileo Zest (company name) was established and incorporated in 1996. 2000, a joint venture with friends, PIM (a joint venture of four companies) was sold to Yahoo Japan. Shinqoo inc was established. Sensing that society is shifting from the traditional advertising model to engagement, the company shifted its business domain to engagement in 2010, using CX-EX based on NPS to help transform it into a customer-centric company.
