In May 1994, Galileo Zest (company name) was established and incorporated in 1996. 2000, a joint venture with friends, PIM (a joint venture of four companies) was sold to Yahoo Japan. Shinqoo inc was established. Sensing that society is shifting from the traditional advertising model to engagement, the company shifted its business domain to engagement in 2010, using CX-EX based on NPS to help transform it into a customer-centric company. Changed to Total Engagement Group.My job is to encourage more companies to adopt a customer-centric culture, increase the number of engagement companies (empathy and attachment) for customers and employees, and contribute to happiness in the world.I am also a director, director and advisor to several other companies and non-profit organizations.My hobbies are triathlon (I plan to participate in Ironman once a year), tree-running, overseas desert races (Sahara and Atacama deserts), and I also love to play in the ocean, SUP and sailing near Kamakura.1994年5月、ガリレオゼスト（社名）設立、1996年、法人化。2000年、友人との合弁会社PIM（4社合弁）をヤフー株式会社に売却。Shinqoo incを設立。社会が従来の広告モデルからエンゲージメントに移行しつつあることを感じ、2010年に事業ドメインをエンゲージメントに移行し、NPSをベースにしたCX-EXを活用し、顧客中心の企業への転換を図る。トータル・エンゲージメント・グループに変更。私の仕事は、より多くの企業に顧客中心の文化を取り入れてもらい、顧客や従業員のエンゲージメント企業（共感・愛着）を増やし、世の中の幸福に貢献することです。その他、いくつかの企業やNPOの役員、理事、顧問を務めています。趣味は、トライアスロン（年に1回はアイアンマンに参加予定）、トレラン、海外の砂漠レース（サハラ砂漠、アタカマ砂漠）、また、鎌倉近辺でSUPやヨットなど海で遊ぶのも好きです。
