- Work closely with Sales Team and other departments regarding quoting & order booking process for New Business & Renewals in timely manner on SalesForce system- Oversee tool requests and ensure the sales team updates the tool in accordance with management on forecasting calls, follow-up with parties involved in deal approval, and drive budgetary quoting process- Manage the queue on SalesForce to assign cases to agents in order to help clear as much cases on queue as possible- Handle over 100 cases per month, TAT maintains around 96-98%

- Serve as single point of contact for customers through email and chat support channel to assist customers with technical issues related to Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), gathering information needed to resolve cases- Collaborate and seek guidance from subject matter experts, and escalate to higher level technical support as needed- Manage the end-to-end customer case lifecycle to ensure incidents are resolved accurately and timely, proactively following up and engaging with the customer- Keep records of every case, including questions, actions taken during the process- Handle over 200 cases per month, Customer Satisfaction factor is around 80%-85%

- Conduct business, sign and oversee the execution of economic contracts with suppliers and customers- Develop business plans, provide customer service within the bound of authority- Work closely with other departments in VTV to carry out duties related to the booking of customers’ advertisement benefit prior to on-air time- Negotiate advertisement contracts with many well-known media companies, such as ADT multimedia, Cat Tien Sa, etc.
