Responsible for the company's technical architecture, team formation, company strategy, product requirements definition;- Responsible for the company's main products research analysis and research development(including Family Kindergarten interaction App, Early Education App, Digital Library App, Digital Questionnaire App, Evaluation of Early Childhood, etc);- Analyze the user's real needs according to product operation data and customers' feedback, and carry out products' iteration;- The product covered 300+ kindergartens and served 300000+ users in the first year;- Responsible for the company's cooperation with Squla in the Netherlands and Symfollies in Belgium, responsible for cross-border communication and product localization;- Form the company core team and recruiting members, directly managing 3 project teams(nearly 40 people), participating in the management of operations, sales, and hr departments;
