Já em São Miguel Paulista atuou ao longo do processo hidrometalúrgico, na eletrólise de Níquel e Cobalto e finalizou o programa na área de sistemas de gestão.Participou do "Programa Potenciar" desenvolvido pela empresa com intuito de aceleração do desenvolvimento com a realização de cursos estratégicos durante 4 semanas ao longo do programa de Trainee. Dentro do programa participou do Projeto Desafio, conduzido na Área de Manutenção (Eng. De Confiabilidade) envolvendo a melhoria do processo e da realização das Análises de Falha.
