1. Launch & Operations Management:Lead the launch and ongoing operations of the QUALITY NATIONAL RESERVATION CENTER (QCNR).Supervise and coordinate all departments involved, including Sales, Inventory, Training, and Customer Service.Optimize reservation processes for efficiency and guest satisfaction.Implement and monitor adherence to call flow standards through coaching, scoring, and feedback.2. Sales & Marketing:Partner with the Sales team to ensure smooth transition from contract closure to implementation.Contact and negotiate with travel agencies and tourism wholesalers.Coordinate promotions in LatAm and Caribbean media (magazines, newspapers, email).Build an email database for targeted customer outreach.3. Event Management:Guide the setup and coordination of event protocols.Manage room logistics (layout, requests, assembly).Supervise staff and handle member requests during events.Advise on event logistics, safety/emergency plans, and execution.Evaluate and report on event outcomes.
