Use HotSos, instantaneous communication system, between employees, to be directed to the specific department to attend any guest issue and Zyngle, an instant messaging platform, where the guest can reach the property easier and help them with all requests or possible room issues.

In charge of working effectively at the reception, seeking to develop skills to deal with guests, as well as to solve problems and improve customer service, communicating with all departments of the hotel, resort and condominium, such as reservations, governance, food and beverage, recreation, homeowners' office; getting knowledge of properties relating to the management system, such as reconciliation, understanding and explaining to guests billing issues and billing external processes; answering and informing guests about the hotel, resort, and area in question; collect payments, answer and transfer calls to different departments. Help housekeeping department with room discrepancies, inspect rooms to punch in the Skyware system and follow up with all unexpected issues to rectify as soon as possible.

Responsible to sell all services related to business and vacation travels through third parties and partners system (MSC online, Expedia, Costa Cruises, Disney Cruise line, Booking.com, CVC, etc.); To manage hotels, flights, cruise ships, car rentals and insurance reservations; Support the guest with all required services since the beginning till the end of his trip (payments, itineraries and deal with any unexpected issue).
