As a Supervisor for the ACCESS GI Program, I work under the guidance of the Program Managers and Director to lead, coach, and support my team in delivering high-quality, person-centered services to our community. Our team of 120+ ACCESS customer service representatives are extensively trained in CalWORKs, CalFresh, Medi-Cal, and other County Safety Net programs, equipping us to offer comprehensive support and guidance.My role involves collaborating with peers and teams to ensure that we effectively meet the needs of residents, providers, and government agencies seeking information related to the Safety Net Services offered at the San Diego County Family Resource Centers (FRCs). I bring a strong emphasis on empathy, advocacy, and cultural competency to my work, ensuring that my team provides compassionate and effective service for FRC customers across San Diego County.

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, I evaluate and assess the service quality across multiple programs, implementing strategic initiatives to enhance service delivery.As a local nonprofit organization, 211 San Diego/CIE is the region’s trusted source for information and connections to community, health, and disaster resources. Help is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and in more than 200 languages. We maintain a database of more than 6,000 services and resources that are updated on a real-time basis and our Community Connectors help connect San Diegans to the accurate information they need.We believe access to health and social services provides a foundation for individuals and families to build and sustain healthy lives, so we’re collaborating with service providers in the San Diego region to build a more efficient, equitable, and accessible system that addresses the whole health of a person through integrated, person-centered care.Our work is possible because of our local and national partnerships with nonprofit, government, and corporate entities that help us address the complex challenges facing individuals and families across San Diego and Imperial County.

Responsible for marketing, driving sales, and community engagement efforts for white-label consumer packaged goods (CPG) product line(s) and brand(s).My role in marketing communications involves creating and distributing marketing and communications related to CPG brands. Keeping the organization’s strategic goals in focus while working with internal and external partners. Relationship management with both new and existing accounts, community and non-profit partners. Creating and implementing branding guidelines with the external graphic design team across the website, annual reports, newsletters, brochures, white papers, case studies, data reports, PowerPoints, fliers, etc. Generating reports on progress and deliverables using data-informed measurements.My role in sales involves overseeing the sales and marketing functions. I manage the sales cycle, from lead generation through negotiating and closing sales. I also plan and execute outbound sales campaigns through email, cold calls, and site visits. Ensuring sales collateral is up to date, collaborating with Marketing and Creative teams where needed. Monitoring incentive programs, collaborations, events, etc. to keep our products and brand engaged. Providing outstanding customer service by educating customers about our products and mission. Conduct periodic business reviews and category analyses with customers in order to monitor brand performance, build meaningful relationships and identify growth opportunities.
