Junior is recognized as a motivator, service youth leader who encourages and promotes the essential need of people believing in themselves and living their best life. As a Junior Customer Service Representative at National Commercial Bank, his task entailed scrutinizing, auditing and internal branch communication. He then transitioned from the banking sector to the Jamaica Fire Brigade where he rendered service as a firefighter. Here he further developed and build on both soft and technical skills to better aid his exploits of service. As a firefighter he was able to train individuals in the proper service protocols and regimes as well as being assigned to the Research and Development section of the organization. Here Junior was task with creating, evaluating and training individuals in the policies and standard operating procedures created for implementation. Junior served as the Twitter Manager for the University of Technology Students Union Council where he was nominated to the position of Deputy Representative and Advisor to the School of Business Administration Representative. He then went on to becoming the President of the General Management Seminar 2017/18.He was an awardee of the General Management Seminar 2017/18 for outstanding leadership and service for his tenure and was appointed to serve as Ambassador under the Governor-General’s I Believe Initiative. He was also inducted as a member of the Eastern Kingston and Port Royal (EKPR) Kiwanis Club were he is currently the Co-Chair of the Fundraising Committee and the Twitter Manager.
