As a Loss Prevention Consultant, I perform loss investigations, compliance audits, store/restaurant LP training, integrity shopping, and other related projects for the Cafe Rio Mexican Grill Restaurants. Through the program, I work/consult on a multi unit basis to educate the managers and employees about identifying potential exposures to the business. Through that partnership we develop and execute company approved methods to deter and reduce losses to not only the individual units, but the brand as a whole.

As a Guests Services Supervisor, I am responsible for leading a team including the Doormen, Valets and Bellmen at the Marriott City Center . This team is responsible for creating a memorable guest experience form their arrival to their departure, and other guest contacts in between.As a supervisor, I am responsible for hiring quality employees as well as their training. Overseeing day to day operations on the front drive of the hotel.
