• Collaborate with the warehouse, distribution and production teams for efficient running of day to day operations.• Order Preparation per customer or production request locally and internationally.• Contact suppliers in order to schedule deliveries and shortages, missed/late deliveries, changes, or cancellations.• Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports and price lists BOM.• Check shipments when they arrive to ensure that orders have been filled correctly and that goods meet specifications.• Locate suppliers, using sources such as catalogues and the internet, and interview them to gather information about products requirements.• Ensuring all approved suppliers KPI'S are met by creating an alliance with suppliers to maintain timeous delivery and full compliance to company standards and regulations.• Answer incoming calls, providing information, transferring calls and/or taking messages as necessary. (Switchboard)• Filing and Data capturing for Accounts Department and Logistics Department. (Invoices and Delivery notes).• Make Job Cards for all customers and maintain Job Card Register.• Maintain Material Planning sheets for all customers.• Maintain Mould Shot Count Records for all tools.

• Manage and maintain myXchange system (Receive orders per customer).• Make Job Cards according to orders.• Ensuring all logistics KPI'S are met by creating an alliance with customers to maintain timeous delivery and full compliance to company standards and regulations.• Ensure that all signed Delivery Note’s from customers are received by accounts department.• Filing and Data capturing for Accounts Department and Logistics Department.• Answer incoming calls, providing information, transferring calls and/or taking messages as necessary. (Switchboard)

• Assemble parts on daily bases as per Job Card. (Customer requirement)• Ensure quality and quantity is complete before dispatch date. On time delivery from production.• Ensure that parts are accepted/acknowledged at dispatch on required date for deliver.
