Technical support services are provided for schools across New Zealand in this role. Schools' network and server infrastructure are maintained by us.Supporting our clients onsite or remotely.- Maintaining or managing servers, firewalls, backups, and networking equipment.- Centralized email management- Active Directory administration.- Deploying applications across networks.- Support for desktop/laptop computersJob management and prioritization.- Using a ticketing system (Connect Wise).- Managing and escalating jobs.Documentation is specific to the site.- Keeping the site manager updated on daily activities.Projects- During holiday periods, assigned projects.- The project may include deploying new devices.- During projects depending on what needs to be accomplished. The team may consist of two or more technicians.

- Ability to work in a team as well as working individually- Use JD Edwards Capital Asset Management software to assign maintenance schedule, create and closed Model Work Order- Record GAS Billing each month in excel
