Journey Level Leadership (JLL):The JLL program is the second tier of the NAVSEA Leadership Continuum. This program enables employees to expand their leadership skills, at each phase of their careers, in preparation for future opportunities within the organization. The JLL program promotes leadership skills with a blended course approach involving assessments, developmental rotational assignment, experiential learning, and individual development opportunities.

Co Lead at Multicultural Organization Supporting An Inclusive Culture (MOSAIC) Employee Resource Group (ERG) in Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. This ERG focuses on inclusive and education of all of Portsmouth Naval Shipyard's employees as well as its neighboring communities.
