As a recruiter at Army National Guard, I help people discover their potential and pursue their career goals in the military. I work with a diverse range of applicants, from high school students to veterans, and provide them with information, guidance, and support throughout the recruitment process.I have a strong background in test and measurement instrumentation and electrical troubleshooting, which I gained from my previous roles as a calibration technician at CSMS-Stockton and an aircraft electrician at 1106th TASMG. I have successfully calibrated and repaired multiple types of equipment, such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and generators, and ensured their accuracy and reliability. I have also performed preventive and corrective maintenance on various aircraft electrical systems, such as wiring, lighting, and avionics.I am passionate about learning new skills and technologies, which is why I am pursuing a bachelor's degree in information technology from Grand Canyon University. I am interested in applying my IT knowledge and skills to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment operations and systems. I am proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with other software applications and tools.I value teamwork, integrity, and excellence, and I strive to uphold the Army's core values and standards in everything I do.
