As a Software Quality Assurance Analyst, I contribute to the quality and reliability of the online ordering and delivery system, using SQL, Regression Testing, and Azure DevOps. I worked with the development team and the business stakeholders to ensure the software met the requirements and specifications, and to identify and resolve any bugs or issues. I also helped to improve the user experience and satisfaction by providing feedback and suggestions for enhancements and optimizations. Prior to joining Toppers Pizza, I graduated from the University of Bamenda with a BBA in Management and Entrepreneurship, where I developed my skills in business analysis, project management, and communication. I have 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance, and I am passionate about applying my knowledge and skills to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet the needs and expectations of the customers and the business.
