I am a professional with over 30 years of experience in the world of information technology. I have worked with several languages in multiple platforms, from COBOL to Typescript, from mainframe to Raspberry Pi and Arduino. Despite my college degree and formal training, I consider myself to be mostly self-taught and team oriented, since I have learned so much more from hands-on projects and from the people I worked with. I have always learned from everyone, and everyone helped shaping the professional I am today. I believe I was able to do the same for them. I have the humility to listen and share knowledge and experiences. There is no better or worse knowledge, just different knowledge and, if it is different, I want to know about it.I consider myself calm under pressure. I tend to focus on the immediate solution first, then going back to analyze the rest and to solve it in a creative and sustainable way. I do not believe in universal tools or priceless knowledge, I believe in the combination of platforms (Cloud Computing, Fog Computing, hybrid environments and everything together), languages ​​(Golang, Ruby, Python and React) and, mainly, people with complementary skills, from the smallest chain point, like an IoT sensor, up to the most sophisticated AWS EC2 server. What matters is the result that is simple to use and economical for the user. I like to say, "It must be difficult for us once and to be easy for the user forever."I have used JIRA as a project management tool in many projects and I have skills to use and configure JIRA from simple issues to complex workflows.I am graduated from PUC-Campinas. I speak English and have already worked on international technology projects. I also took some courses in Agile and PMI project management, personal and emotional management, and international Coach training. I keep myself learning whenever I can.
