During my Apprenticeship, I experienced a few mentors, and Juinor was by far the best. Having Inattentive ADHD I found that Junior was more than able to effectively understand and navigate this in order to provide the right support to suit my needs. He remained professional throughout and ultimately helped drive me forward to achieve a distinction. His understanding of how I worked best helped guide me to communicate my knowledge & expertise through my coursework and projects. His management style meant that he really never had to chase administrative paperwork, something his predecessors were forever doing as I didn't always keep up with the admin side of the apprenticeship. Any tasks set were completed within the required time frame, and again his management style allowed me to strengthen my own time management skills as I juggled the various projects of the course coupled with my workload, whilst working part-time."
