In addition, I produced high-quality digital content, including videos and promotional graphics for social media, to enhance the library's outreach efforts. My expertise in social media and my commitment to fostering engagement and transparency helped to advance the library's public relations initiatives and strengthen its connection with the community.

I demonstrated my versatility and expertise by taking on multiple responsibilities, including social media moderation, program planning and implementation for young adults, developing online registration systems, creating Spanish language promotional materials, and crafting and submitting press releases to local news organizations. My commitment to enhancing community engagement and fostering transparency through effective communication strategies was evident in the successful programs and initiatives I led.
