1. Responsible for testing the fully function in network protocols (IS-IS, OSPF, BGP, LDP, MPLS VPN, etc.) with the NFV products.2. Took part in building and maintain the auto-test environment using Robot Frame scripts. And also draft the test scripts.3. Responsible for testing the function of BAS product.4. Responsible for testing Docker and Container with BAS system.5. Draft the command line manual and user manual for our NFV products.6. Responsible for maintaining the KVM environment and related virtual machines.7. Responsible for training customers or technical support whenever there was needed.

1. Responsible for the global network infrastructure support and problem resolution.2. Work as 3rd line support on network incident, change and problem management in the Remedy (a ticket system) and did the troubleshooting.3. Restoring configuration for Switch/WAAS/WAP/ASA when the device was broken and needed to be replaced.4. Updating the IOS for Switch/WAAS/WAP/ASA when there was needed.5. Configuring/Updating the network devices when there was a total new site or there was a change/update for a site.6. Updating the topology diagram according the design when there was needed.7. Working closely with the Orange (a Telecom vender from Europe) for global WAN issue.8. Working closely with the Cisco TAC engineer for some complex issues in Cisco devices.9. Maintain & manage the global network related infrastructure assets.10. Publishes network related documents on moderately complex technical support issues in team SharePoint.11. Occasionally conduct onsite mission.12. Occasionally overseas traveling.

1. Maintain AD, DNS, DHCP, IIS, Exchange server 2007, OCS 2007 and etc. of the company. 2. Maintain the routers and switches. 3. Take the backup of some important dates. 4. Deploy some software’s and updates for the client PC. And solve some problems about the PC. 5. Co-ordinate with other departments to solve some problems.
