Product lead for multiple different NAND generation.Responsible for early product life cycle until HVM product ramp. Implement DFM, DFR and lesson learnt feedback loop to the design team. Validating and develop test mode test vector for pre-silicon tapeout and Verilog simulation. Manage the initial wafer start allocation for first silicon development needed for first silicon debug, customer sample and product qualification. Test program development for bench tester and production probe tester.First silicon debug and failure analysis supporting multiple functional group and continuously improving developing stresses/screen for product ramp readiness. Collaborate and support Q&R team to ensure product qualification timeline is met and failure analysis support for qual failures. Develop new screens for qual failures corrective actions.Product engineering support for HVM ramp to achieve mature yield target from complex failure analysis, line monitoring and drive process improvement.
