5-Month In-Company Project at Danone:I worked part-time as a Global E-commerce Analyst at Danone, where my primary mission was to analyze the performance of Danone's global website across 26 countries. My main tasks included:* Became proficient in using Danone’s global CRM and marketing tool, Glassbox.* Identified key countries that had the greatest leverage in terms of e-commerce performance.* Utilized Glassbox and Google Analytics for in-depth analysis of e-commerce metrics.* Identified patterns, trends, and correlations in e-commerce data, suggesting actionable insights and recommendations based on these findings.* Regularly reported findings and insights to the Chief Digital Officer (CDO), contributing to informed strategic decision-making.
