1.Manage the process of the program including teaching material preparation, classroom facilities, student attendance, exams, graduation ceremony, etc.2.Handle complaints or inquiries of participants and pass the sales leads to key account managers in time.3. Train and supervise new comers.I had been recoganized as the best coordinator not only by the manager/professor but also by the students hence I was assigned to manage all kinds of programs during my stay with the Executive Education Department. The programs ranged from 3-4 days course to multi-modular programs lasting for over one year.
