-Quality support in NPI project.-Conduct immediate action after receiving complaints, containment action, root cause analysis, corrective action and preventive action.-Produce 8D report for complaints from customer.-Review and support in NPI documentation, such as DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plan, MTP, QTA and etc.-Product first piece inspection and outgoing final inspection checklist to OQA team.-Involve in Kaizen workshop, QCO and CCF team member.-Involve in supplied items' compliance declaration.

-Receive customer complaints from APAC country.-Input customer complaints into Quality Database, Agile system.-Coordinate the samples return from customer's country.-Advise and provide QA perspective solution on logistic issue.-Assist and coordinate the customer's product return.-Report investigation results to customer via customer letter.-Involve in internal and external audits.-Process RGA claim for APAC customer.

-Oversee the effective implementation of quality management system throughout the company.-Comply to quality objective and maintain quality manual. -Responsible in managing quality assurance database.-Update and report the monthly quality data and key performance indicator.-Perform internal audit and in-process audit to ensure compliance to quality system requirement.-Support external audit.-Handle customer complaint to improve product quality and safety. -Feedback the quality issue to production for continuous improvement.

Assisted in MDSAP, BSI, FDA and Dekra audit as a backroom support. Documentation.Helped the team to solve the cleanroom gowning issues. Helped to analyze the trends of infestation problem and assist in pest control efforts.

Assisted in preparation of drug prescribed by the pharmacist. Helped to introduce the supplements (functions, dosage, precaution and way to consume) to the customers. Learned the basic knowledge in drug prescription and diagnosis of common diseases.
