Vice President, Finance Data Science & Analytics
Current• Lead a team of 15+ data scientists in NY and India• Responsible for forecasting enterprise-wide cardmember spending and merchant volumes for the company's Long-Range Plan, Annual Plan, and Monthly Risk & Opportunity Planning cycles • Analyze cardmember spending behaviors and merchant insights and communicate to the company's executive leaders internally, and to the IR for external communications• Collaborate closely with business teams supporting US and International Consumer and Small Business card products, portfolio analytics, credit risk and merchant business• Develop diagnostic capabilities to extract insights on historical cardmember and merchant trends and predict their future behaviors• Implement innovative solutions to improve operational efficiencies, including a robust data governance framework, an end-to-end dashboard automation process and continued model enhancements
