Engaged in embedded software development work in Motorola solutions Chengdu design center, mainly worked in Paradise 2.3A, Paradise 2.4 and Emerald 1.1 projects. During this period, as a senior software architect, I did the following:1. Involve in the development of programming specifications for entire Chengdu design center.2. Develop code review guidelines for our component, also participate in the development for feature design template, code develop guidelines, lesson learnt handbook.3. Estimate the development efforts for features, and split each features into appropriate backlogs for development.4. Discuss UI, detail requirement, interfaces, solutions with other components’ architects.5. Review team members’ design and code to guarantee quality.6. Triage issues reported by Box test team.7. Attend trainings, such as “Android”, “Design Pattern”, etc.

Provide solutions for team for some complex functional modules such as building a framework to develop the menu, build a search framework to support user alpha search, etc.3.
