Evaluate subcontractors’ claims and variations and prepare response to such claims. Conduct site inspection for major defect list and coordinate to tower manager and engineers. Update Bill of Quantity according to data received monthly from all work site engineers. Prepare complete detailed specifications and quantities of materials base on the approved shop drawings. Project: Switchgear ManufacturingJob Description:Check all the materials’ to be use in the panel assembly based on the approved specifications and design. Conduct visual and physical inspection of the assembly. Check overall dimension, thickness of sheet, paint color and thickness, hardware used and welded part as per design requirement. Analyze and review single line and circuit diagram. Conduct Megger test and Dielectric test in the assembly. Conduct preliminary functional test by checking the circuitry based on the design before injecting a current or supplying a voltage. Assist customer representative with regards to the assembly inspection. Prepare factory test report and warranty certificate. Prepare inspection report with regards to the customer complaints. Coordinate to the design and production department for proper verification and clarification of the design and customer complaints. Prepare submittals and Operation & Maintenance manual. Conduct testing and commissioning upon installation.

Project: The New Medical City HospitalJob Description:Prepare and review electrical drawings and specifications. Implement Project Mangers Instruction (PMI) prior to design revision. Implement electrical works as per approved shop drawings. Interface with customer representatives, personnel of equipment engineering and other support groups regarding the problems. Check all drawings, plans and other pertinent data involved in the project. Prepare the distribution of work schedule and manpower. Supervise and initiates the evaluation of client complaints concerning failure of installation. Inspect, monitor and handover electrical works. Prepare investigative report for latent defects presented by the building administrator. Supervise and coordinates to concern regarding rectification of punch lists, owners complaints and design revisions. Prepare work completion reports for the acceptance of the building administrator. Attend Project Technical Group (PTG) meetings regarding latent defects and discuss to the owner and building administrator the status report. Co-ordinate accordingly with building administrator all related electrical works that requires permit and clearances.
