Desktop Support Technician
Current- IT Support Specialist / Helpdesk Support / Desktop Support
- Doing Helpdesk support, assisting user through phone, email,, chat and request system as needed.
- Provisioning and deprovisioning of Active Directory Users account, distribution group and security group management.
- Office 365/Exchange online administration using powershell or web portal,
- Manage Active Directory users and computers object using Powershell or dsquery commands.
- Assist remote emplyee's workstations using RDP/anydesk/zoom/quick assist if needed for troubleshooting.
