My role involves preparing tenders, reports, marketing materials, and other critical documents for clients and suppliers. Regularly, I prepare weekly reports and work plans to ensure alignment with company goals and provide transparency to management. I work closely with senior leadership to assist in developing strategies and business plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share.

Part of my role includes researching potential leads through business directories, web searches, and digital resources to expand our market reach. I recruit, hire, and train new sales representatives, fostering a high-performing sales team. Additionally, I manage all incoming sales leads, supervise sales representatives and assistants, and collaborate with the sales team during closing to secure successful outcomes.

I regularly consult with clients, co-engineers, and construction foremen to discuss and formulate estimates, resolving any challenges that may arise. I prepare estimates that assist management in planning, organizing, and scheduling work, and I also use these estimates to help select vendors or subcontractors. Additionally, I oversee and supervise project implementation, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and meets the desired outcomes.
