Responsibility on create a new branded B2C business by assist manager in construct, planning and impliment a complete organisation structure and business image for the business. Technically, analyse business model by using SWOT Analysis to determine the best business model and practice for the business. Practically, working on create a good business image in several expectation, eg: logo design, training & SOP implementation for employees, and others.
