I have started my IT career as System developer and project manager delivering systems for plant automation at mainly automotive industry such as Proton Malaysia, GM Korea, Daewoo Electronics, Partsnic and Kemsco since year 2000. I have joined GM in 2007 as a project manager role performing IT launch project manager driving projects to successful completition at all GM Korea sites(Bupyeong, Gunsan, Chnagwon) including oversea JV sites, GM Vietnam and GM Uzbekistan.In this role, I had well managed multiple projects to deploy major GM manufacturing systems to GM Korea sites.From 2013, I had led development team to manage project manager group to deliver multiple projects for GPSC(Global Purchase and Supply chain) function and datacenter transformation project for GPD(Global Product Development) function to migrate servers in Bupyeong datacenter to Warren datacenter in the US.I was appointed as a lead of operations and services division at GM Korea responsible for all of application operations for GPSC, CCA(Customer care &aftersales) and sales marketing and infrastructure in GM Korea since 2014.From 2016, I was promoted to a director responsible for regional GPO(Global IT Plant operations) managing all Korea sites(Bupyeong, Gunsan, Changwon and Boryeong) and Rayong site in Thailand, Talegaon site in India and Tashkent site in Uzbekistan, which made me come up with great skills of handling and leading multi-cultural teams.From 2020, I was appointed to a director responsible for CCA(Customer Care & Aftersales) IT regional lead to oversight AP region by interacting CCA business senior leadership to accomodate business requirements and project portfolio planning.
