Leading and coordinating all aspects of the worship arts ministry, including music selection, rehearsals, and live performances.2. Recruiting, training, and supporting volunteers involved in music, choir, drama, dance, visual arts, and other creative worship expressions.3. Collaborating with the pastoral team to plan and execute worship services that are engaging, meaningful, and spiritually uplifting.4. Developing and maintaining a worship calendar, including special services, concerts, and events.5. Manage the worship arts budget and resources effectively.6. Keeping with trends in worship arts, music, and technology to enhance the worship experience.7. Fostering a culture of creativity, excellence, and spiritual growth among worship arts team members.8.
